In this document, "Bajike", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the bajike.com website and all its services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any individual who is registered on or using Bajike's services.

"Gaming Account" refers to the personal account created by registering on Bajike. "Real Money" refers to Bangladeshi Taka deposited with actual funds. "Bonus Balance" refers to funds granted as a promotional benefit, which can be withdrawn after meeting the specified conditions.

Bajike provides an online entertainment service for adults in Bangladesh. These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

All of the following conditions must be met to open an account on Bajike:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at registration must be fully accurate and truthful.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed when required.
• Each person may operate only one account.

You must provide an active mobile number at registration. The number will be verified via OTP. Registering with false information will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any balance.

The security of your Bajike account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

Bajike reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following situations:

• If a breach of terms is suspected.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Upon receipt of a court order or legal directive.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100. To close your account, contact support — your balance will be refunded subject to applicable conditions.

Bajike currently supports the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and any such transactions may be reversed. No fees are charged on deposits.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from Bajike:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Any active bonus must have its wagering requirements fully met.

Standard withdrawals are processed within three to five minutes. However, withdrawals requiring verification or involving larger amounts may take up to 24 hours. Bajike reserves the right to hold and investigate withdrawals flagged for suspicious activity.

Bajike offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read in full before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. Maximum bonus amount ৳5,000. Wagering requirement 5x (deposit + bonus). Bonus validity 30 days.

Important information about wagering requirements:

• Bets on all slots games count 100% toward bonus wagering.
• Bets on Live Casino games may count between 10% and 50%.
• For Sports Betting, bonus wagering will only count on odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Certain games may be fully excluded from bonus wagering.

If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. If the same individual attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, devices, or IP addresses, all associated accounts will be closed.

All games on Bajike are developed by certified software providers and operate using an RNG (Random Number Generator). Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay:

• If a game is interrupted due to a server issue, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded.
• If your internet connection drops, game results are saved on the server.
• Any winnings resulting from a game bug or technical error may be voided.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. For Sports Betting, official results from the relevant sports federation are used for settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajike and will be treated as violations of these terms:

• A single individual operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Hacking, cheating, or using automated software on the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Filing chargebacks or false disputes against the platform.

Bajike offers the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: You can set maximum deposit limits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Under no circumstances will Bajike's total liability exceed the user's total deposits made in that calendar month.

Bajike reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via account notification or email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of Bajike after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms, you have the option to close your account.
